This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through aceredrives.com and from Ace Redrives USA.
Ace Redrives USA is operated by Av8r Capital Group Corp and serves as the authorized U.S. and Canada distributor for Ace Aviation redrive products.
By placing an order with Ace Redrives USA, you agree to the shipping terms below.
1. Shipping Area
Ace Redrives USA primarily ships to customers in the United States and Canada.
Orders outside the United States and Canada may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. International customers should contact us before placing an order so we can confirm availability, shipping options, export restrictions, duties, taxes, and estimated costs.
2. U.S. Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, Ace Redrives USA will arrange shipment using available carriers based on product size, weight, destination, insurance requirements, and service availability.

Larger redrive orders, bulk parts orders, or heavy shipments may require freight service.
3. Canada Shipping
Ace Redrives USA ships to Canada when carrier service is available and product restrictions allow.

Unless expressly stated in writing, these costs are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected at checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on product weight, dimensions, destination, carrier, service level, insurance value, and packaging requirements.
Shipping charges shown at checkout are based on available information at the time of order. If a product requires special handling, freight shipping, oversize packaging, additional insurance, or a carrier adjustment, Ace Redrives USA may contact the customer before shipment.
We reserve the right to correct shipping errors, carrier rate errors, address errors, or checkout calculation errors before an order ships.
5. Lead Times and Availability
Some products may be in stock and ready to ship. Other products may be listed as preorder, backorder, special order, batch production, or made-to-order.
Estimated lead times are estimates only. They are not guarantees.

6. Preorders and Batch Production
Certain redrive products may be offered for preorder or as part of a production batch.
A preorder reserves your place in the production or fulfillment queue but does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Ace Redrives USA will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of meaningful production or shipping updates.
If a preorder product is delayed, Ace Redrives USA may provide updated timing when available.
7. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed after payment is received and order details are verified.

Orders may be delayed if required information is missing or if additional confirmation is needed.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Ace Redrives USA is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, misdeliveries, additional charges, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses.
If a shipment is returned because of an address issue, refusal, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs charge, or customer non-response, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs, return shipping charges, carrier fees, storage fees, and any related expenses.
9. Shipment Tracking
When tracking is available, Ace Redrives USA will provide tracking information by email or through the order system.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. Ace Redrives USA is not responsible for delays or missing scans after a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
10. Freight Shipments
Some products may require freight shipping due to size, weight, packaging, destination, or insurance requirements.
For freight shipments:

Residential delivery may cost extra

Liftgate service may cost extra

Appointment delivery may be required

Remote-area delivery may cost extra

The customer may be responsible for unloading

The customer must inspect the shipment before signing
If a freight shipment arrives damaged, the customer should note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact Ace Redrives USA immediately.
Signing a freight delivery receipt without noting damage may limit or prevent a carrier damage claim.
11. Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, risk of loss passes to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the carrier.
Ace Redrives USA will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier claims, but we are not responsible for carrier loss, theft, delay, mishandling, weather damage, customs delay, or delivery issues after the carrier accepts the shipment.
12. Shipping Insurance
Ace Redrives USA may insure certain shipments based on product value, carrier options, and order details.
If shipping insurance is available or required, it may be included in the shipping charge or billed separately.
Insurance claims are subject to the carrier’s claim process, documentation requirements, deadlines, inspections, and approval.
Customers must keep all packaging, labels, boxes, crates, padding, and damaged items until the claim is resolved.
13. Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If a shipment appears damaged:

Photograph the package before opening.

Photograph all sides of the box, crate, or packaging.

Photograph the shipping label.

Photograph the damaged product and packing materials.

Keep all packaging and contents.

Contact Ace Redrives USA as soon as possible.
For freight shipments, damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
Failure to report damage promptly or failure to keep packaging may prevent a successful carrier claim.
14. Missing Items or Incorrect Items
If your order appears to be missing parts or contains an incorrect item, contact Ace Redrives USA promptly.

Do not install, modify, or use an incorrect item. Installed, modified, damaged, or used items may not be eligible for return, exchange, or correction.
15. Delivery Delays
Ace Redrives USA is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, border delays, labor disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only.
16. Customs, Duties, Tariffs, and Import Fees
For shipments outside the United States, the customer is responsible for all customs charges, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and related government or carrier fees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Ace Redrives USA is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import processing, unpaid fees, border agencies, or missing information requested by customs officials.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the product may be legally imported into their country before ordering.
17. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay customs or brokerage charges, fails to pick up a package, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to carrier delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to Ace Redrives USA or abandoned by the carrier.
In such cases, the customer may be responsible for:

18. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement only.
Do not visit or attempt pickup without a confirmed appointment.
Customers picking up an order may be required to provide identification, order confirmation, signed documentation, and proof of payment.
19. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages or at separate times.
Ace Redrives USA may split shipments when products have different lead times, come from different locations, require different packaging, or are fulfilled from different inventory batches.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests partial shipment.
20. Product Inspection Before Use
Customers must inspect all products before installation, modification, testing, or use.
If a product appears damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or defective, do not install or use it. Contact Ace Redrives USA for assistance.
Installation, modification, or use of a product may affect return, exchange, claim, or warranty eligibility.
