2. Experimental Aircraft Use Only

Products sold by Ace Redrives USA are intended for use in experimental, amateur-built, ultralight, light aircraft, prototype, research, educational, and non-certified aviation applications, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

Ace redrives and related parts are not FAA type-certified aircraft engines, propeller systems, powerplant installations, or certified aircraft components. They are not represented as approved replacement parts for standard category aircraft.

It is the sole responsibility of the aircraft owner, builder, installer, mechanic, operator, and pilot in command to determine whether any product is suitable, legal, safe, and appropriate for a specific aircraft, engine, propeller, mission, installation, and operating environment.

3. No Airworthiness Certification or Approval Implied

No statement on this website should be interpreted as an FAA approval, airworthiness approval, engineering certification, design approval, supplemental type certificate, parts manufacturer approval, production approval, or any other governmental or regulatory approval.

The sale of a redrive, bracket, pulley, belt, bearing, bushing, hardware item, drawing, instruction sheet, or related component does not mean that the product is approved for use on any particular aircraft.

Any references to aircraft models, engines, horsepower ranges, propeller types, installation examples, or customer projects are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not create a guarantee of fit, performance, safety, legality, or airworthiness.

4. Builder and Installer Responsibility

Aircraft building, engine conversion, redrive installation, propeller selection, belt tensioning, alignment, cooling, vibration control, and flight testing involve significant technical judgment.

The customer is responsible for:

• Confirming engine compatibility before purchase

• Confirming crankshaft size, crankshaft condition, shaft length, keyway condition, rotation direction, and mounting provisions

• Confirming aircraft structure, engine mount design, propeller clearance, cooling, fuel system, exhaust routing, and center of gravity

• Selecting an appropriate propeller, reduction ratio, belt type, and operating RPM range

• Using proper tools, torque values, fasteners, safety wire, locking methods, and inspection procedures

• Completing all installation, ground testing, taxi testing, flight testing, maintenance, and inspections

• Complying with all FAA, Transport Canada, local, state, provincial, and national regulations

• Consulting qualified aviation professionals when needed

Ace Redrives USA may provide general fitment guidance, but final responsibility remains with the customer, builder, installer, operator, and pilot in command.

5. No Substitute for Professional Inspection

Information provided by Ace Redrives USA is not a substitute for professional inspection, engineering review, mechanical expertise, flight-test planning, or regulatory compliance.

Before operating any aircraft equipped with a redrive or engine conversion, the installation should be inspected by a qualified person familiar with experimental aircraft, aircraft powerplants, propeller systems, and the specific type of installation being used.

Customers should conduct appropriate ground testing, vibration checks, belt tracking checks, fastener inspections, propeller inspections, and flight-test procedures before normal operation.

6. Product Compatibility

Ace Redrives USA may publish compatibility information for certain engines, including commercial V-twins, industrial engines, motorcycle engines, automotive engines, and other conversion candidates.

Compatibility information is based on available data, manufacturer specifications, prior installations, customer reports, and Ace Aviation product information. Engine manufacturers may change specifications, crankshaft dimensions, mounting patterns, materials, output ratings, or model details without notice.

Because engines may vary by production year, market, option package, crankshaft type, or prior modification, customers must verify all dimensions and requirements before ordering.

A product shown as compatible with an engine family may still require additional parts, bushings, spacers, mounting hardware, machining, fabrication, fitting, or installer judgment.

7. Customer-Supplied Parts and Installation Materials

Some products may require customer-supplied parts or locally sourced hardware. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Locking hardware

10. Safety Warning

11. Experimental Aircraft Regulatory Compliance

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable regulations related to their aircraft and operation.

In the United States, experimental amateur-built aircraft are regulated under FAA rules and guidance, including but not limited to regulations and advisory material related to amateur-built aircraft certification and experimental operating limitations. FAA guidance identifies amateur-built aircraft as eligible for a special airworthiness certificate in the experimental category, and FAA operating rules place limitations on aircraft operating with experimental certificates. Customers operating outside the United States are responsible for complying with the rules of their own aviation authority.

Ace Redrives USA does not provide legal, regulatory, certification, or airworthiness approval services.

12. No Legal, Engineering, or Certification Advice

Ace Redrives USA may provide guidance related to engines, propellers, belts, bushings, hardware, or third-party components. Such guidance does not mean we manufacture, control, certify, or warrant those third-party items.

We are not responsible for failures, defects, delays, specification changes, recalls, quality issues, or safety issues involving third-party products.

Customers are responsible for inspecting and verifying all third-party parts before use.

16. Warranty Limitations

Any warranty offered by Ace Redrives USA applies only as stated in the applicable written warranty, invoice terms, or product documentation.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Ace Redrives USA makes no warranty that any product is suitable for a particular aircraft, engine, propeller, installation, operating condition, or regulatory purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Redrives USA, Av8r Capital Group Corp, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, distributors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or economic damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, failure, delay, or inability to use any product.

19. Shipping, Tariffs, Duties, and Taxes

Ace Redrives USA works to provide clear pricing and North American distribution support. Shipping costs, taxes, duties, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other charges may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier, and applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in writing, customers are responsible for any applicable sales tax, use tax, duties, tariffs, import charges, customs fees, or government-imposed costs.

Ace Redrives USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, weather, strikes, border inspections, government actions, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

20. Order Acceptance and Availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Ace Redrives USA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, export concerns, payment issues, technical incompatibility, or safety concerns.

Ace Redrives USA may provide sales, support, stocking, communication, and distribution services for North American customers, but we do not control every manufacturer decision, historical transaction, prior customer order, foreign shipping event, or previous customer experience that occurred before the creation of Ace Redrives USA.

Any prior purchases made directly from Ace Aviation or another party are subject to the terms and conditions that applied to those transactions.
