This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through aceredrives.com and directly from Ace Redrives USA.
Ace Redrives USA is operated by Av8r Capital Group Corp and serves as the authorized U.S. and Canada distributor for Ace Aviation redrive products.
By placing an order with Ace Redrives USA, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Returns After Shipment
Ace Redrives USA does not accept returns once a product has shipped.
Because our products are intended for experimental aircraft, ultralight aircraft, engine conversions, propeller systems, and other high-responsibility mechanical applications, we cannot accept returned products for resale after they have left our control.
This policy exists for safety and liability reasons. Once a product has shipped, Ace Redrives USA cannot fully verify how the product was handled, stored, transported, installed, modified, damaged, contaminated, disassembled, altered, or exposed to conditions outside our control.
To protect future customers, we do not resell returned redrives or related safety-critical components.
2. Order Review Before Shipment
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before purchasing.

3. Cancellations Before Shipment
An order may be eligible for cancellation only if the product has not yet shipped, has not entered final fulfillment, and has not been specially ordered, custom configured, modified, reserved from a production batch, or otherwise committed to the customer’s order.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:
A cancellation request is not guaranteed until Ace Redrives USA confirms it in writing.
If a cancellation is approved, the refund may be reduced by non-refundable payment processing fees, bank fees, wire fees, credit card fees, special-order costs, supplier charges, or other costs already incurred.
4. Preorders, Batch Orders, and Special Orders
Preorders, production-batch orders, backorders, special orders, and custom-configured products may have limited or no cancellation eligibility once the order has been accepted.
Because these orders may reserve production capacity, inventory, imported goods, supplier commitments, or products specifically allocated to the customer, cancellation may not be available after the order is placed.
Any cancellation, refund, or credit for a preorder, batch order, or special order is at the discretion of Ace Redrives USA unless otherwise required by law.
5. Refunds Before Shipment
If a refund is approved before shipment, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Refund timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or processing network. Ace Redrives USA does not control how long banks or payment processors take to post funds back to a customer account.

6. Deposits
Some products may require a deposit to reserve production, inventory, or a place in a fulfillment queue.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, deposits may be non-refundable once the order has been accepted, production has begun, inventory has been allocated, or supplier commitments have been made.
Deposit terms will be stated on the product page, invoice, preorder page, or written order agreement where applicable.
7. Damaged Shipments
This no-return policy does not prevent customers from reporting shipping damage.

Keep all packaging, labels, boxes, crates, padding, and contents until the issue is resolved.
For freight shipments, damage should be clearly noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Signing for a freight shipment without noting damage may limit or prevent a carrier damage claim.
Ace Redrives USA will review reported shipping damage and may assist with a carrier claim when appropriate. Shipping damage claims are subject to carrier rules, inspection requirements, deadlines, and approval.
8. Missing or Incorrect Items
If you believe your shipment is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, contact Ace Redrives USA promptly at:

Do not install, modify, disassemble, alter, or use an item if you believe it is incorrect.
Ace Redrives USA will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include shipment of the missing item, correction of the order, replacement of an incorrect item, or another remedy at our discretion.
9. Defective or Warranty Claims
This Return and Refund Policy is separate from any written warranty that may apply to a product.
If you believe a product has a defect, contact Ace Redrives USA before installation, modification, operation, or further use.
A warranty claim may require:

Do not send any product back without written authorization from Ace Redrives USA.
Warranty remedies, if any, will be determined under the applicable written warranty terms and may be limited to repair, replacement, parts support, or other remedy selected by Ace Redrives USA.
10. Unauthorized Returns
Do not return any product without prior written authorization from Ace Redrives USA.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, stored, disposed of, or held pending customer instructions.
The customer may be responsible for all costs associated with unauthorized returns, including shipping, storage, handling, inspection, and reshipping charges.
11. Installed, Modified, Used, or Damaged Products
Installed, modified, used, disassembled, altered, damaged, incomplete, contaminated, or mishandled products are not eligible for return or refund.
This includes products that have been:

Mounted to an engine

Test fitted in a way that leaves marks or damage

Modified, machined, drilled, ground, painted, plated, or altered

Disassembled

Exposed to fuel, oil, water, chemicals, fire, corrosion, impact, or contamination

Missing parts, hardware, documentation, packaging, or identification labels
12. Customer-Supplied Parts and Fitment Responsibility
Ace Redrives USA may provide fitment guidance, but customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
Returns or refunds will not be offered because of:

13. Refused Deliveries
Refusing delivery does not create a return right or refund right.
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept a shipment, the customer may be responsible for:

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Ace Redrives USA first to resolve any order, shipping, damage, or product concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Improper chargebacks may delay resolution and may result in the customer being responsible for chargeback fees, collection costs, attorney fees, and other expenses to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If any part of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
