Ace Aviation Redrives in North America: Shipping, Tariffs, Payment, and Support

Are these the same Ace Aviation redrives?

Yes. Ace Redrives USA is the North American sales, stocking, and support arm for Ace Aviation redrive systems. Manufacturing remains with Ace Aviation, while Ace Redrives USA handles the U.S. and Canada buying experience.

Are they shipping from the U.S.?

The first production batch is currently in progress and expected to be ready to ship within approximately 45 days. Once inventory lands, stocked units will ship domestically from the United States.

Do I still have to bank wire money overseas?

No. Ace Redrives USA will accept normal U.S. payment methods including card, PayPal, ACH, and wire.

Will there be surprise tariffs or freight charges?

Our goal is clear pricing before purchase. U.S. customers will not be left trying to figure out overseas freight, import paperwork, and tariff math on their own. Canadian orders will also be quoted clearly before payment.

Will you stock spare parts?

Yes. Spare parts support is part of the plan. We are working through parts breakdowns, SKUs, and inventory planning now so we can support customers properly.

What engines will you support?

We are initially focusing on the common North American experimental and ultralight applications, including selected V-twin, single-cylinder, and higher-output alternative engine packages. Final application fitment will be confirmed before order.

Will you help choose the right redrive?

Yes. Application matching is one of the main reasons Ace Redrives USA exists. We want builders to understand which redrive fits their engine, horsepower range, crankshaft setup, propeller goals, and installation requirements.

What about belt tension and bearing loads?

Proper installation matters. Toothed belt systems can reduce required belt tension compared to some V-belt setups, which can reduce unnecessary load on crankshaft and redrive bearings when properly installed. We will be working to provide clearer setup guidance, parts lists, and support for customers.

Are these certified aircraft parts?

No. These are intended for experimental, ultralight, and other non-certified aviation applications. Builders and installers are responsible for determining suitability, installation quality, inspection, and safe operation.

Who owns Ace Redrives USA?

Ace Redrives USA is owned and operated by Av8r Capital Group Corp, the same company behind Mini-Max USA and Carlson Aircraft.
